Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a state-level sales strategy in alignment with business goals.
  2. Identify and acquire key accounts among dairy federations, cooperatives, and private dairies in Gujarat.
  3. Build strong relationships with MDs, veterinary advisors, technical committees, and procurement heads of target organizations.
  4. Deliver compelling product pitches that link cattle health monitoring to milk yield improvement, timely conception, AI success rates, and cost savings.
  5. Lead and manage the entire B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure and implementation.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, operations, customer success) for smooth onboarding, pilot demos, and after-sales support.
  7. Maintain accurate reporting, sales forecasts, and CRM hygiene.
  8. Represent the company at dairy conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Requirements

Work Experience

  • Mandatory qualification -Any graduate
  • ( Note: A veterinary who has experience in B2B sales would be the ideal candidate)
  • Preferred qualification but not mandatory : MBA in Sales , Agri-Business, or equivalent.
  • Industry : Can be from any industry with good experience in B2B sales
  • Preferred Industry: Agri / Livestock/ Animal Husbandry/ Dairy
  • Work experience: 6 plus years of hardcore B2B sales experience, preferably in agri-tech, livestock health, dairy equipment, or veterinary solutions.
  • Experience of managing a team of atleast 3
  • Proven success in concept/solution-based sales to cooperatives, federations, and large institutional buyers.
  • Familiarity with the dairy ecosystem in Gujarat would be great.
  • Prior experience dealing with organizations like GCMMF, Amul, Banas Dairy, NDDB, or state animal husbandry departments is a strong plus.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Agriculture/Bachelor of Veterinary Science (OR) A graduate with 5+ years of experience working with dairy farmers, even without a formal qualification in Agriculture, Dairy, or Animal Husbandry.
